The founder and owner, Emanuel Licari, has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare and IT sectors, including personnel management in the MedTech industry. This prompted him and his wife Carole to found EliWing Consulting, to bridge gaps and introduce a more time- and cost-efficient recruitment solution.

Our goal is to support the shortage of skilled professionals in IT, medicine, and other areas that directly impact the quality of life for most people. We believe that with the right platform, we can enable everyone to develop their own careers in line with the sustainable goals of the United Nations Agenda 2030.
